‘Sinchana’, a first of its kind fest organized for kids at government schools adopted by Embassy Group has been initiated this year. The first event “Colours of Life Sinchana 2016” was held on November 14, 2016 at Ambedkar Bhavan Auditorium, Bangalore. The event featured enjoyable and action-packed competitions for students across fifth standard to tenth standard at no cost.
Embassy Group, India’s leading real estate developer has taken this initiative in collaboration with Colours of Life and cordial support from The Public Instruction Department, Government of Karnataka. It is an effort to boost self-esteem among students of Government Schools adopted by Embassy Group as part of their initiative to improve the quality of fundamental education for kids. It strives to recognise the efforts of every child and helps them build the ability and confidence to express their views. It aims at churning out individuals who possess character and competence.
The event consisted of fun and exciting competitions such as Group Dance, Singing, Quiz, Public Speaking (Extempore), Painting, Essay writing, Mehendi design and others. 2200 students participated in the event from 15 different Government Schools.
