This initiative has already reached thousands of women from over 56 countries till date.<\/p>\n<p>Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women was founded on the understanding that investing in women entrepreneurs leads to economic growth and stronger communities. Due to the high quality of Practical Business Education, Mentoring and Networking Opportunities in 10,000 Women, graduates of this program have reported immediate and sustained business growth.<\/p>\n<p>The participants will not be charged any course fee for the Program. 10,000 Women is a completely sponsored Program by Goldman Sachs. The program also offers provision for stay.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Who Can Apply For The Program?<\/p>\n<p>The program will provide a business and management education to established women entrepreneurs, who own\/run small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should be a key decision maker in a senior leadership role (CEO\/COO\/President)<\/li>\n<li>Should be the owner or co-owner of the venture<\/li>\n<li>Business should be operational for a minimum of one year<\/li>\n<li>Should be open to accessing external capital to grow<\/li>\n<li>There should be at least 3 employees<\/li>\n<li>Annual revenue should be between INR 35 lakh and INR 30 crore<\/li>\n<li>Should not have previously participated in 10,000 Women<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Program Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Academic Rigor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Participants will be attending 15 days of classroom sessions on major aspects of running a business including opportunity identification, finance and accounting, marketing, operations, leadership &amp; branding, networking &amp; interpersonal skills. Certain topics will be taken up by esteemed guest lecturers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course Duration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The candidates will be informed 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the Program.<\/p>\n<p>The Applications close on 22nd November 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates need to attend a total of 15 classroom sessions from Monday to Friday during the course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration Of Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cohort 1<\/strong>\u00a021\/01\/2019 to 08\/03\/2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cohort 2\u00a0<\/strong>25\/03\/2019<strong>\u00a0to\u00a0<\/strong>17\/05\/2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entrepreneurship for Women at NSRCEL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NSRCEL has been guiding women in the field of entrepreneurship through different programs like \u00a0Women Startup Program and Management Program for Women Entrepreneurs (MPWE) for over \u00a0a decade now.
